Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unused
- Be in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and inserts
- Include proof of purchase
All returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photo or video evidence before approving a replacement or refund.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to receive approval and instructions.
If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs.
Replacement items are typically shipped within 10 business days after the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval
Original shipping fees are non refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us for assistance.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund
- A restocking or handling fee may apply
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
Delivery and processing times may be longer for international returns.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Repeated or abusive chargeback activity may result in refusal of future service.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
