Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It can be opened but must remain unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging with any attached tags intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bloonsy.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item to:

Please Note:

  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • In cases of exchanges due to a faulty product, we will cover all shipping costs.
  • Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If you are returning the item from outside the United States, please allow for longer shipping times.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@bloonsy.com. We will evaluate the issue promptly and provide a resolution.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Start a Return: Contact us at contact@bloonsy.com and initiate the return process.
  2. Return the Item: Send the item back to us. Once we receive it, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and approval.
  3. Exchange Processing: After approval, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs. You do not need to place a separate order for the replacement.
  4. Delivery Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement item to reach you.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please Note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at contact@bloonsy.com.
