You all know the learning curve. Stuffing your first balloon takes a few tries, and some people send the machine back before they get there. Those returns come back to us undamaged. The only thing that happens to them is the dome picks up marks in shipping. Most are only visible up close or when the light hits them. A few you would notice.
We would not sell these if they performed any differently. Every one in this batch has been inspected, tested and signed off before it goes back out.

Nothing under the dome is affected. The seal, the airflow and the machine itself work exactly like new, and your finished balloons look identical either way.
