  • In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to:
    • Await restocking of the back-ordered item, or
    • Receive a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Ground/Standard Shipping within the continental US is free on all orders.

3. International Shipping

  • Bloonsy offers international shipping to select countries.
  • Shipping Costs for international orders are borne by the customer. The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the package.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

  • Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 – 7 business days.

4.2 Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

  • Delivery address changes are accepted before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us promptly for any changes.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

  • Bloonsy ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
  • Courier services are not available for P.O. box deliveries.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

  • We ship to military addresses using USPS.
  • Courier services are not available for military addresses.

4.6 Items Out of Stock

  • If an item is out of stock, we will:
    • Cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s), and
    • Dispatch the rest of the order.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If your delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

  • Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment with real-time updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please:
    • Reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service, or
    • If delivered without you being present, contact our customer service for further assistance.
