How to Stuff Balloons Using a Balloon Stuffing Machine: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 2: Pre-stretch the balloon

Before you begin stuffing the balloon, it is important to pre-stretch it. It not only helps ensure that the balloon is properly seated on the machine but also helps achieve a round and uniform shape when inflated

Step 3: Fold the neck of the balloon outward for about half an inch

Fold the neck of the balloon outward for about half an inch to create a lip. This will help ensure that the balloon is properly seated on the balloon expander tool and the machine.

Step 4: Place the balloon neck over the knobs

Step 5: Use the handles of the expander to stretch the balloon

Use the handles of the expander to stretch the balloon. Place the expander over the top of the machine.

Step 6: Transfer the balloon to the machine

Transfer the balloon to the machine by pressing down on the knobs of the expander tool one at a time. Make sure that the balloon is properly seated on the machine.

Step 7: Connect one end of the tube to the side valve of the electric pump

Connect one end of the tube to the side valve of the electric pump. Connect the other end of the tube to the balloon stuffing machine.

Step 8: Inflate the balloon

The protection sleeve being put in place to protect the balloon during the stuffing processTo inflate the balloon, turn on the electric pump. Inflate the balloon all the way to the maximum, until the balloon touches the machine. Insert the protection sleeve to prevent damage.

Step 9: Start stuffing the balloon with desired items

Step 10: Detach the balloon neck from the knobs one at a time

Step 11: Release the vacuum from the machine

Step 12: Remove the top part of the machine

Step 13: Tie the balloon
