Return and Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This includes items that have been opened but remain unused, are still in their original packaging, and have any attached tags. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. However, in the case of an exchange due to a faulty product, we will cover all shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not the United States, please be aware that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll quickly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, start by returning the item you have. Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. After your return is approved, we will promptly send out the replacement item. If the item you received was faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs. There's no need for you to make a separate purchase for the exchange item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement item to reach you.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the returned item and to confirm whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
